gah!accidentally cut my finger with the knife while cutting my orange..bleah:( cut's rather deep and was like bleeding profusely..so had to run all the way upstairs and quickly apply it with antiseptic.Hopefully it'll heal soon and that no bacteria will enter the wound..dont want my finger to get infected,and soon there'll be pus..all that eeky stuff:( Oh well,my day's been pretty alright apart from that.Helped mom with the popiah,shredded the carrots,turnip and all..and i have to say that mom's popiah rocks!It's much better than those they sell outside..well maybe glory's popiah is the only popiah outside that can compete with my mom's one..heh:) jia let go on 10:18 PM + + + yay:)satisfied my cravings today..heh:)don't know why have been craving for chicken pau..sheesh..oh well,went to do gym with mom before going for lunch.Did treadmill for about 30 mins and had stomach cramps after that..bleah:( glad that it didn't last long though.Yeah,did some too crunches and off to bathe.Went with mom for lunch at katong area.Had my nice pau and followed mom to Glory and eat:)goodness,their nonya dishes and kueh are really fantastic!Esp their tempeh with long beans..yummy:)Kinda addicted to that dish..and their kueh salat is oh so good:)heh..then after lunch, went to the catholic bkshop to look arnd.Think mom's going to buy for me those cross that you can hang in your room for me...so that i can hang in my room when we move into the new house:)yeah,so after looking arnd,went off to fetch sis from sch then came back home:)haha,am looking forward to tom..mom making popiah:)yay! alrighty, im off pple!god bless... p/s couz!!i miss you lots too!!Can't wait for you to be back..heh:)love you couz! jia let go on 9:49 PM + + + decided to update my blog again,after eons...heh:)sorry pple..oh wells,had a rather good day.Went out for lunch with albert and marcchew at a jap restaurant,beside katong mall.Whoopee,jap food..heh:) I don't know what the world will be like without jap food,cos it rocks!:)We had a 20% discount cos marcchew is currently working there as a part time chef,way to go dude:)Yeah,so we met up at the csc gym to work out first then went for lunch.There's wasnt really any pple when we went there,prob bcos its not the sch hols and the restaurant is not really noticeable..but nonetheless the food is way good:)yummy jap fd!Albert had jap ramen with fried chicken and tempura,marc had two bowls of ramen ,and i had rice topped with raw tuna sashimi:)man,i absolutely love sashimi:)It's like the core of my life!heh,okok think i should stop gushing over sashimi.Oh wells, so after lunch we walked down to joo chiat and albert bought me a box of durian puffs frm puteri mas.thanks bro!:)Their durian puffs are really good.Yeah,so now there's only like 7 pieces left,cos my sis ate 6 pieces at one shot!sheesh, her appetite is madness at times like these..heh:)think my mom ate 3 too..haha,being an avid fan of durians,there's no doubt to that aye?Guess i better have light meals tom man,think i ate quite alot today..eeks:( nevermind,will work it out tom!Alrighty,gotta go off now peeps!god bless:) jia let go on 11:30 PM + + + woah..im tired..slept for two hours just now.Last night i took 2 hours to sleep,guessed i drank too much green tea in the afternoon..haha..Oh well,lets see what i did today..went gym in the morn..ran 3.5km,150 situps and 10mins of cycling..came home for breakfast,then around 11 smthing when to eat lunch..Had some japanese buffet,and it was yummy!=)But it was actually not really up to my standard..haha..the salmon sashimi was good though..and the green tea ice cream!!absolutely fabulous!!After that,came home..read a bit of newsweek..and then off to my 2-hour sleep..hopefully i can sleep tonight.. jia let go on 6:46 PM + + + hmm..just made konnyaku jelly,hope it turns out fine cos its been a while since i last made it.Had church service this morning,after church we came home instead of bumming around at parkway.Watched abit of tv...was watching japan hour on channel news asia.The food that they featured this week was super yummy!They featured stuff like grilled eel rice,tendon,tonkatsu etc..My mom and i were like drooling in front of the tv!! Oh well,yesterday all my relatives were here..was like talking to my cousin about the singapore education system here..and he agreed with me that it's much better going abroad..he said he'll def study honours abroad and might want to migrate...haha..good choice =)Will be going gym to run later..yesterday ate so much nice stuff!!Had curry fish head,pumpkin cake,curry vegetables and mee siam..=)My mom's mee siam was superb!The rest of the dishes were prepared by my aunties..they were delicious too..=)Yesterday my dad also opened some coffee liquor thing,my dad's friend bought it from london.Woah..its really nice,and the liqour's not strong at all..Anyway,guess yesterday's family gathering was alright,except that my sis was not around so it was kinda boring..=( I shall got take a little nap now before heading to the gym! jia let go on 3:33 PM + + + Bleah,my dad didn't wake me up to go gym today..so now im going to run around the estate...oh well,today all my relatives are coming...gonna be quite a busy day,but guess its going to be fun?=) haha..got this from mel's blog..think its so sweet and love actually rocks! the only thing about romance is that people only get together right at the very end (: tell her that you love her. uve got nothing to lose, and you'll always regret it if you dont. with any luck by next year, il be going out with one of these girls. [picture of supermodels] but for now, let me say w/o hope or agenda, jst cos its christmas [and at christmas you tell the truth] to me, you are perfect. and my wasted heart will love you. until you look like this, [picture of mummy] merry christmas (: love, actually, is all around us. you know they say if you love somebody you should set them free but it sure is hard to do yeah, it sure is hard to do and i know they say if they don't come back again then it's meant to be but those words ain't pulling me through cos i'm still in love with you i spend each day here waiting for a miracle but it's just you and me going through the mill climbing up the hill. i dont want a lot for christmas. theres jst one thing i need, dont care about the presents, underneath the christmas tree i dont need to hang my stocking, there upon the fireplace, santa claus wont make me happy with a toy on christmas day, i jst want you for my own. more than you could ever knw make my wish come true all i want for christmas is you. jia let go on 9:17 AM + + + Haven't been blogging much cos too lazy..haha...Anyway,went to church early in the morning today.Well, we were thought on the wisdom of children and parents today.Yup..as te bible says we children must be obedient and obey our parents.Whereas for parents,they must not provoke their children with anger..haha..something along that line..learn quite alot of teachings today..=)After church service,my parents,sis and i went parkway for lunch.Shared fish and chips with my mom from the famous western food stall at the food court.The fish was really yummy and was not oily at all..=)After lunch,went giant to get some grocery then head home.Was bumming around at home ,watched a bit of tv ..then me being a good girl,decided to iron some clothes for my mom..haha..=)Oh well..going to watch more tv now! jia let go on 10:45 PM + + + |
